The
main purpose of writing this proposal is to get your awareness towards the
improvement of extra-curricular activities in our university. The available
curricular activities are too much less to establish a successful sportsman,
leadership skills and the importance of extracurricular activities. The
societies in the university are not able to arrange successful events which
will attract students towards these activities. The members of the societies
are involved in student politics. There is a factor of liking and disliking in
university societies. This is another issue why they are failing in arranging
successful events. So, finally majority of students have decided to consult
with you in this matter.
